The Smile Mail is a unique and special pen pal and kindness card program brought by The Kindness and Smile Zone designed to brighten children’s days and remind them of their strength. Founded on the belief that a single message of encouragement can spark hope, this initiative connects passionate volunteers with young children who could use some joy. Parents and guardians can easily get involved by filling out a quick Google request form
here to receive a personalized letter or card made with love for their child. The Kindness and Smile Zone also creates bundles of kindness cards and letters to share with pediatric hospitals, clinics, schools, community centres, and more ensuring that children facing health challenges or any other difficult times are surrounded by a community of care. Our Smile Mail program is a free way for families to connect with our global movement of kindness, proving that no child is alone and that a little bit of kindness can spread a whole lot of courage.
About The Kindness and Smile Zone
The Kindness and Smile Zone is an international and youth-led organization founded by 14 year old Ayona Jaswal in June 2025 dedicated to spreading joy, building resilience, and creating a global community of care. We believe in turning empathy into action through tangible projects that make a real difference in people’s lives. From creating and distributing free activity packs and cards to hosting educational webinars, blogs, and educational presentations our team is constantly finding ways to lift up young children, especially those in hospitals. By bringing together passionate youth leaders from around the world, we work to ensure that every child and their family feels supported, connected, and empowered to recognize their own strength and spread even more kindness to others.
