Antonina Schubert is a 21 year old mental health advocate from Ohio. She started her own organization on her college campus in 2017 to help other students feel less alone. She received the Courage Award from the Governor of Ohio in 2018, about a half year after starting her organization. She has also spoken at many events explaining the worth of recovery and how she changed her life around after years of destructive behaviors. Nina is now finishing up her degree in Communication and minor in Non-Profits with the hopes of turning her organization into a non-profit and to continue to advocate for mental health and mental illness. If Nina could say one thing to you it would be "you are worth recovery. I know it can be scary and it is going to be worth it. You've got this."
