Meet Lela Precious Dolo, a 24-year-old health enthusiast, dedicated medical student, and Co-Founder/Executive Director of “Help a Mother and Newborn Initiative,” a dynamic local non-profit organization committed to transforming the lives of women and young adolescents, particularly those in rural communities. Born and raised in Liberia, Lela’s journey began with a childhood dream of wearing a cute “doctor’s white coat,” but it quickly evolved into a profound mission: to educate, promote increased access to healthcare, and save lives.
