Join us in the journey of this playlist, made up of songs that give our Advisory Board solace for their soul – we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Feels Like by Gracie Abrams

“This song gives me comfort when I reminisce on the core memories I have made with my friends and how I will cherish them forever.”  -Audrey Wang

Suddenly I See by KT Tunsttall

“Aside from it being the soundtrack to one of my absolute favourite movie openers of all time (The Devil Wears Prada), it is also a song that radiates such positivity and purpose, and is an instant mood-booster.” -Malavika Rajesh

Casa by Natalia y La Forquetina

“Spending time with my family, huddled up around the grill during carne asadas or laughing at the dinner table as we reminisce on fond memories, brings me joy.”  – Oscar Lopez

I’m Alive by Celine Dion

“Crafting a killer playlist on Spotify and cranking up the volume in my bedroom brings me immense joy. I love dancing and singing it at the top of my lungs, much to the entertainment of my dog, who seems to enjoy the show despite my questionable vocal talents.” – Mariana Ogarrio

We Are Amazing by Desmond is Amazing

“I wrote the song ‘We Are Amazing’ as an empowering anthem to help LGBTQ+ youth feel proud of who they are and recognize their incredible worth. My goal was to spread a positive, uplifting message that could boost the self-esteem and confidence of LGBTQ+ young people facing societal challenges and marginalization.” – Desi Napoles

Sun Goes Down (Buddy) by Charlotte Cardin
“Charlotte Cardin has been a long time favourite artist of mine. Sun Goes Down was a song that helped me during a really bad breakdown when I felt that there was no light at the end of the tunnel. The feeling of hearing her sing to me that “I’m gonna hold your head when the sun goes down” made me feel like I’m not alone. And for a musician to do this, it’s really a great feat!”- Rahul Rangan

Hello by Adele

“Though it’s not a conventionally upbeat song, I think it’s so beautiful how it’s an ode to her past self and the growth she’s experienced to be able to extend empathy and love toward her younger self.  It”s also especially meaningful to me because she wrote it when she was 25, and though her life was in such a different place than mine is now, it reminds me of all the places one can be in in their 20s and how it all works out OK in the end.” – Livia Caligor

We hope you enjoyed these songs + we invite you to heck out the entire playlist below!
