More than a decade ago, my daughter started sharing her story and in turn, found healing for herself which began helping others – especially young people – find the bravery to open up about their experiences and begin healing, too. From that storytelling, we have built an affirming community and provided accessible resources at Born This Way Foundation, all of which are youth-led and grounded in kindness, bravery, and connection.
Today, I am excited to share with you our 2022 Impact Report, which highlights our accomplishments this year and celebrates the work we’ve done together over the past ten years.
To continue honoring the bravery of young people who share their stories to inspire change, we’ll be sending you a very special story series featuring youth advocates representing our Kindness in Community Fund recipient organizations from across the country. For our Channel Kindness Holiday campaign, all online donations raised in December will benefit our Kindness in Community Fund recipient organizations.
