“Over Consumption” shows the social contradiction on food and health issues that people living in modern society are facing. I saw many people either be obsessed with food, feel pressure into over-exercising, or become envious of a specific body type, by the massive amount of contradictory information from the media.

Through my film, I want ask to the audience an important question: Is it possible that we might be overeating, over-exercising, and over-consuming due to the influence from broadcast media?

Talking about mental health helps to improve one’s mind, to not feel self-conscious, and to love for oneself.
