In an effort to highlight and encourage kindness into the workplace, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve collaborated with Deloitte and invited their employees to share their own stories of kindness – from within the Deloitte community and beyond.

Research commissioned last year by Born This Way Foundation found that employees who describe their environments as kind are more likely to be mentally healthy. Studies have also shown that kinder workplaces see increased productivity, innovation, and employee retention rates, as well as lower absenteeism.

Starting today, the stories Deloitte employees share will be featured on their very own Channel Kindness vertical!
