Today’s #BeKind21 message is brought to you by our partners at Project 150.

Project 150 provides basic necessities to 6,600 homeless, displaced and disadvantaged high school students to remain in school through graduation. Our mission is to help these young people remain in school through graduation, but we want to do more by providing mentors and life skills workshops. That’s where our Academic Center comes in, which we just kicked off on August 27th with Cirque Du Soleil performers providing life skills and guidance.

For our students, it’s not just a matter of “if you want it you’ll achieve it.”  Having a resource of successful mentors to guide them is life-changing. Relationships are already forming between students and workshop leaders. And we are so excited to see what those relationships spark in the lives of the students we serve.
