It’s World Kindness Week, and we want to encourage you to be kind to your mind! One of the ways you can help take care of your mental health is by listening to music that expresses how you feel, encourages you to keep going, and lifts your spirits.

That’s why we created our “Songs to Keep You Going” playlist!  Feel free to throw it back to the 90s with Britney Spears or just ‘Let it Be’ with the Beatles! You can check out our entire playlist below or on Spotify here.

Rain on Me – Lady Gaga + Ariana Grande

Of course, we have to start off our list with our co-founder Lady Gaga and Kindness Punk, who sings “I’d rather be dry, but at least I’m alive/Rain on me, rain, rain”

OK Not To Be OK – Marshmello + Demi Lovato

These two singers give us the affirmation we all need right now: “When you’re down and you feel ashamed/It’s okay not to be okay”

Let it Be – The Beatles

This classic Beatles song gives us the hope of a better day ahead: “And when the night is cloudy there is still a light that shines on me/Shine until tomorrow, let it be”

Stronger – Kelly Clarkson

Not only do we invite you to sing along to Clarkson’s encouraging lyrics of “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger/ Stand a little taller,” but we challenge you to move your body and dance to these fierce dance moves, too!

Stronger – Britney Spears

Take it from Britney, you are stronger than you were yesterday.
